Air-Dry Clay Catchall Dishes

Instructions

1. Roll out 1 lb of air-dry clay to a thickness of 1/4 inch using a rolling pin.

2. Cut three circles from the rolled clay, each with a diameter of 6 inches, using a sharp knife or clay cutter.

3. Press the center of each circle down gently to create a shallow bowl shape.

4. Allow the shaped dishes to dry for 24 hours or until completely hardened.

5. Sand the edges of each dish lightly with fine-grit sandpaper for a smooth finish.

6. Paint the dishes with acrylic paint in your desired colors, using a paintbrush for even coverage.

7. Let the paint dry for 1 hour, then apply a clear acrylic sealant to protect the surface.

8. Allow the sealant to dry according to the product's directions before using the dishes.
