Backyard Cornhole Set

Instructions

1. Cut two 4x8 ft plywood sheets into 2 pieces measuring 2x4 ft each for the boards.

2. Cut four 2x4 in boards to 48 in for the long sides of the frames.

3. Cut four 2x4 in boards to 24 in for the short sides of the frames.

4. Drill a 6 in diameter hole in the center of each board, 9 in from the top edge, using a jigsaw and a hole saw attachment.

5. Assemble the frames by attaching the 48 in boards to the 24 in boards using wood screws (2.5 in) and a drill with a 1/8 in bit.

6. Attach the plywood boards to the frames using wood screws (1.25 in) and a drill with a 1/8 in bit.

7. Cut four 2x4 in boards to 30 in for the folding legs.

8. Attach the legs to the back of each board using hinges and a drill with a 1/8 in bit, ensuring they can fold inwards for storage.

9. Sand all edges and surfaces of the boards with 120 grit sandpaper to smooth out any rough spots.

10. Paint or stain the boards with outdoor paint or sealant for weather resistance, following the product's directions for drying time.
