Beeswax Food Wraps
Turn cotton scraps into a set of reusable wraps that replace plastic wrap. Iron, cool, and they're done in an afternoon.
Instructions
1. Cut five pieces of 100% cotton fabric into 12x12 inch squares.
2. Preheat the iron to medium heat.
3. Place one cotton square on a clean, flat surface.
4. Sprinkle 1 oz of beeswax pellets evenly over the cotton square.
5. Cover the cotton square with a piece of parchment paper.
6. Iron over the parchment paper in circular motions until the beeswax melts and saturates the fabric.
7. Remove the parchment paper and let the wrap cool for a few minutes until it solidifies.
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for the remaining cotton squares.
