Leather Card Wallet

Instructions

1. Cut one piece of vegetable-tanned leather to 8 in x 4 in.

2. Cut another piece of leather to 8 in x 2 in for the pocket.

3. Use a hole punch to create four holes, each 1/4 in from the edges, on the long sides of both leather pieces.

4. Align the pocket piece on the main piece, 1 in from the bottom edge, and mark where the holes align.

5. Use the hole punch to create matching holes on the pocket piece.

6. Insert 1/4 in brass rivets through the holes of the pocket piece and main piece, securing them together.

7. Set the rivets using a rivet setter and hammer until they are flush with the leather surface.

8. Use a snap fastener kit to attach a snap on the top edge of the wallet, following the product's directions.

9. Burnish the edges of the wallet with a bone folder to smooth and seal them.
